navigate change | amplify intuition | forge a meaningful path
At a Crossroads?
Fireheart Coaching supports individuals moving through life transitions —moments when the old way no longer fits and something new is asking to emerge.

I will help you reconnect with yourself, clarify what truly matters now, and move forward with intention, energy, and resilience.
Hi, I'm Kate
For over a decade, I’ve supported individuals and organizations navigating big transitions—whether they’re calling in change or adapting to a new reality.

I’m a Certified Professional Coach, with additional training in health coaching and nervous system regulation. My approach is whole-person and practical, helping clients move through change with clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

Clients often come to me during pivotal and transitional moments:
-
career shifts (layoff, job change, return to work)
-
feeling burned out and depleted
-
stepping into parenthood, or
-
when life simply no longer feels aligned.

How I help

I support clients to:
-
Clarify what matters most in this season of life
-
Build nervous system capacity and resilience
-
Reconnect with their sense of self and inner compass
-
Align decisions with values and priorities
-
Build confidence during uncertainty
-
Create a sustainable, supportive path forward
Together, we’ll cultivate what truly fuels you—so you can meet change with intention and momentum.

What it's like to work together
Coaching with me is collaborative, grounded, and supportive. Sessions are a space to slow down, listen inward, and make sense of what’s changing—without pressure to have it all figured out.

We focus on practical insight, nervous system support, and intentional action that fits your real life. This work honors both growth and renewal.
Why Fireheart Coaching?
Fire represents vitality, clarity, and momentum. Heart represents values, care, and truth.

Fireheart Coaching is about tending your inner flame— learning when to fan it, when to steady it, and when to let it simmer.
